Description
The Big Event is just that, a big event. Made with 3/4lb of Wild Mexican Gulf Shrimp, 3/4lb of smoked salmon from our 122 year old recipe, 1/2lb of smoked mussels, 1/2lb of fresh fry legs and 1/2lb of fresh Dungeness crab meat. This platter is finished with our Fitts made cocktail sauce and lemon wedges. Yumm!
