Pacific Rockfish is sometimes known as, rock cod, red snapper or pacific snapper. They come in a variety of colors from (bright re/orange to black/grey).
Rockfish has a mild, sweet flavor and is considered a lean protein packed with omega 3’s, healthy fats and vitamins. When cooked its delicate sweet flavorand fine flake lends itself to many cooking applications from pan frying, grill or baking to stews and casseroles.
